Client Experience Team Member

We are looking for a Client Experience Team Member. This role helps support our Direct-To-Consumer-Agency by bridging the gap from when an application is submitted to an insurance policy being issued.  Examples include: helping clients resolve issues, facilitating payments, or updating client details.  The Client Experience team owns all cases after the initial sale and engages in frequent communications with clients for both service and underwriting resolutions.  


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • In this fast-paced environment, our CE members answer incoming calls as well as reach out to our clients to resolve any pending policy issues. 
  • You’ll be a champion, advocate and guide for the client.
  • You will be following up on cases and solving problems, then communicating back to agents and the Insurance Companies we work with. 
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial to your success.

Who You’ll Work With:

  • You will work with other Client Experience Team members, sales agents and overseen by a dedicated Client Experience Manager.

About You: 

  • You have strong people skills. You possess a passion to help others. You are willing to work overtime and weekends if it means helping resolve client issues and making sure their families are protected. You have experience helping clients and are comfortable receiving feedback and coaching.
