Chief of Staff
Our President is looking for a Chief of Staff to drive collaboration and strategic priorities within SharkNinja across our global offices. This is a unique opportunity to work in an ever changing and dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods organization running point on a wide range of critical activities. You will need to have the presence, judgment, and capability to represent the President in any capacity internally or externally. In this highly visible role, it is equally important that you be a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. You must be able to work independently with global leaders across the organization to drive operational efficiencies and cross-collaboration efforts.
What will you do?
· Reporting directly to our President, you will work with the Executive Leadership Team to establish annual and quarterly strategic priorities, as well as aligning their actions and communications in support of agreed upon Breakthrough goals.
· Excellent executive presence and judgment. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with all departments at SharkNinja, at varying levels.
· Demonstrate collaborative leadership with cross-functional partners and drive key strategic initiatives
· Identify ways to improve SharkNinja’s operational workflow, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvement.
· Lead or co-lead emerging initiatives with oversight from the President, to help the Company achieve Breakthrough and other key goals.
· Attend meetings and participate in projects with, or on behalf of, the President.
· Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large; this could include research, new opportunity explorations, presentations and more.

> Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
> Strong Quantitative and analytical skills; including experience with query and data visualization tools
> 5+ years of experience in consulting / business intelligence / strategy / high-growth operations or startup experience; CPG experience is a plus
> Advanced degree; MBA preferred
