Associate Talent Operations Analyst

As Acquia continues to grow in both scale and complexity, the Associate Talent Operations Analyst plays a key role in by continually evaluating our processes & systems for the opportunity and crafting greater efficiencies.
You will work directly with Talent leadership to define processes, reporting, and insights to help grow our extraordinary team. The focus of this work will be providing operational, analytical, and programmatic support for a high growth of the Talent Team!
You will:
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity and a high level of accuracy in our HRIS system with all employee changes (new hire data entry, job changes, etc) in accordance with global payroll practices.
- Work multi-functional across Talent, and Finance teams on payroll processing.
- Act as first point of contact for tier one HRIS questions and issues.
- Assist HR Analyst with user and module administration in HRIS and Performance Management Systems.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity
- Executes compliance related reporting and activities in partnership with HR Team.
- Quickly build, automate, load HR reporting for internal and external systems around the business.
- Produce market benchmarks and other compensation data as requested.
- Collaborate with employees on HR inquiries and processes, consistently demonstrating customer service and integrity.
- Maintains knowledge of HR practices in the industry; performs research to help problem solve.
- Package and present recommendations to key partners through a thoughtful combination of quantitative analysis and contextual storytelling
- Work within our existing systems and tools (including ADP) as both an administrator, auditor and analyst
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a passion for project management, data analytics and reporting insights
- Are adept at using data to influence process change
- Expertly bring new insights to the table, improve/iterate and execute on known strategies
- Have mid to expert-level Excel knowledge and the skill to take large data sets and bring them to a usable level.
- Experience with ADP is a plus, but not vital - we’ll guide you
- Possesses a desire to learn back-end system configuration, data integrity principles, auditing standards, data integration and migration implementation
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment, Adapts quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and builds innovative solutions to sophisticated business problems
