We are seeking a high energy Enterprise Account Manager to grow Veracode’s book of business through upselling and cross selling the full Veracode portfolio while securing renewals. This hybrid role is based in our Burlington, MA HQ location where you will have the opportunity to travel into your designated territory when needed. This individual will be responsible for the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, pipeline building and closing business. The ideal candidate will have a mix of account management and new business experience brining a consultative selling approach, an ability to work cross functionally and, strong presentation skills. Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary business contact for designated accounts
Close all client renewals, extend subscription terms and expand existing book of business.
Manage complex sales cycles
Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships at all levels within your accounts
Work closely with the client services and product teams to insure customer success in order to drive expansion opportunities
Maintains knowledge of Veracode products, customer drivers and industry trends
Accurately maintain client information, opportunity notes and forecast in SFDC
Up to 20% travel or as required
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
4 + years of Inside Sales experience selling B2B applications; on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management
Experience managing renewal and expansion business with existing customers
A proven history of quota over-achievement
Track record of managing complex sales cycles requiring cross functional collaboration
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment at a high growth company
Ability to adopt new products and services into Veracode’s sales methodology
Ability to uncover customer needs and effectively differentiate how the Veracode’s approach will meet them
Passionate about technology
SFDC or equivalent CRM experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree preferred
