  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate contributors and stakeholders across Client Services, Revenue Operations, CRM, Billing, Sales, and Marketing as applicable.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Supporting process documentation and knowledge management efforts.
  • Managing standardization initiatives across all impacted teams and functions.
  • Establishing KPI baselines and measuring improvement outcomes.

Decision Authority

The Operations & Standardization Analyst may:

  • Recommend process standardization priorities and sequencing.
  • Prototype and pilot process improvement solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors to meet agreed project milestones.
  • Recommend process and operational improvements based on data and analysis.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Number of processes successfully standardized.
  • Reduction in process variance and exceptions.
  • Measurable efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • KPI baseline coverage and reporting accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM, operational, or workflow systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
