The Operations & Reporting Analyst will provide direct support to clinical operations across financial reporting, operational analytics, and systems administration. This role is critical in maintaining continuity, reducing single-point-of-failure risk, and supporting the transition of offshore cost containment functions. The position will combine administrative coordination with strong analytical and technical capabilities, particularly in reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and validation of financial and operational reports, including RMN and case management billing, cost-per-case analytics, and routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting in coordination with Reliant
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI while ensuring data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes
- Provide administrative and analytical support for key business processes, including documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting workflows
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal systems and platforms, including the authorization platform, by supporting updates, adding functionality, and managing ad hoc business requirements
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (including Acuity and Persona) to ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across functions
- Support the transition of offshore cost containment functions by documenting workflows, maintaining continuity, and assisting with process integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; advanced skills preferred)
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
