The Role

 As an Operations Associate for Signature Venues at Fidelity Investments, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class guest experience! Your work will involve delivering event experiences for meetings and events occurring at Fidelity Investment's Signature Venues. Your goal will be to ensure events are seamlessly completed and delivered with calm confidence, discretion, and care.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and arranging scheduled events in Signature Venue spaces.

  • Collaborate closely with various department power users to review event details, ensuring an excellent guest experience aligned with business needs.

  • Managing incoming venue operations situations and providing solutions.

  • Communicating function specifications and changes with affected departments, including Food and Beverage, Event Services, Audio Visual, and Facilities.

You shine in customer service and have a proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively. Your effective verbal and written communication abilities enable you to interact with clients and coworkers, ensuring their needs are satisfied promptly and courteously.

Preferred qualifications:
  • BA in hospitality, hotel management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with event management platforms.

  • Experience interacting with clients or guests.

  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
