- 10+ years of experience in software development with hands-on technology and project management experience
- Manage offshore team, deliverable, process and client expectations
- Comes from Java and big data background
- To represent InfoBeans in front of client leadership, streamline priorities and expectations, guide offshore delivery and be accountable for services delivery sitting at client office.
- Would report to US based client relationship director.
- Should be capable of streamlining priorities and expectations with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influential skills
