Onsite Sales Coordinator- Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Team as required in ensuring the sales office and model home(s) are in optimum showing condition at all times
  • Assist Sales Team in maintaining office files
  • Greet and get prospective buyer signed/logged in
  • Give overview of the property to prospective buyers as needed
  • Give tours to prospective buyers as needed
  • Manage incoming calls and take messages
  • Update mailing lists by adding new prospects and making address changes as needed on Hubspot
  • Coordinate appointment schedules for open houses, showings, and all closing appointments
  • Fulfill miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, accepting deliveries, screening phone calls, making copies, etc.
  • Answer routine inquiries from prospective buyers and brokers
  • Provide clerical support to Sales Team and Sales Associate during the sales process when required
  • Respond to basic emails request for information in a timely manner
  • Assist with MLS, LINK entries and follow up
  • Create and distribute all weekly reports
  • Manage and update the Excel-based sales tool
  • Manage all closing procedures, coordinate with attorneys, banks and team
  • Schedule and manage all pre-closing walk-throughs

Qualifications:

  • Prior Sales Assistant experience preferred 
  • Strong Communication and organizational skills
  • Tech Savvy anda able to multi-task
