Onsite Sales Coordinator- Boston, MA
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team as required in ensuring the sales office and model home(s) are in optimum showing condition at all times
- Assist Sales Team in maintaining office files
- Greet and get prospective buyer signed/logged in
- Give overview of the property to prospective buyers as needed
- Give tours to prospective buyers as needed
- Manage incoming calls and take messages
- Update mailing lists by adding new prospects and making address changes as needed on Hubspot
- Coordinate appointment schedules for open houses, showings, and all closing appointments
- Fulfill miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, accepting deliveries, screening phone calls, making copies, etc.
- Answer routine inquiries from prospective buyers and brokers
- Provide clerical support to Sales Team and Sales Associate during the sales process when required
- Respond to basic emails request for information in a timely manner
- Assist with MLS, LINK entries and follow up
- Create and distribute all weekly reports
- Manage and update the Excel-based sales tool
- Manage all closing procedures, coordinate with attorneys, banks and team
- Schedule and manage all pre-closing walk-throughs
Qualifications:
- Prior Sales Assistant experience preferred
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
- Tech Savvy anda able to multi-task
