Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Onsite Insurance Risk Analyst. This role will be based onsite at a large Marsh Real Estate client in Boston, MA. This is an in-office role that requires working at least four days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex coordination and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the Managing Director in managing insurance risk, handling day-to-day inquiries, and overseeing insurance placements for real estate investments.
  • Assist with the placement of project-specific, portfolio-wide property, liability, environmental, and terrorism insurance programs, including data collection and exposure analysis.
  • Manage the acquisition and disposition processes related to risk management, review and negotiate contracts, and work with brokers, consultants, and lenders.
  • Oversee insurance premium processes, including payment tracking and quarterly adjustments, and support RFP requests, presentations, and special projects.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Risk Management System (RMS) and support the debt lending insurance process.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, or Real Estate.
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance, risk management, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate construction insurance and commercial real estate insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • ARM, CRIS, or CPCU designation is a plus.
