The Opportunity
As an Assurance Innovation & Technology - Business Analysis Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will support teams in delivering innovative solutions. You will have the chance to work on projects that involve analyzing market trends, optimizing processes, and enhancing business systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge methodologies and contribute to impactful projects that drive business success.
As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will support teams by performing basic tasks and conducting research, while observing professional work environments. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills in business analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the success of our clients and the team. This internship is designed to provide you with a introductory understanding of business analysis within the assurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in conducting business analysis and developing business cases
- Participating in business data analytics to derive insights for process improvement
- Engaging in stakeholder interactions to gather and analyze business requirements
- Assisting in business process modeling and optimization efforts
- Contributing to technical documentation and system modeling activities
- Observing and learning from market trends to inform business strategies
- Collaborating on process standardization and mapping initiatives
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for client support
- Involving in user acceptance testing to validate system functionalities
- Assisting in feasibility studies to assess project viability and potential outcomes
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
- Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school
- Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
