This is a remote position.

Join our fast-growing team and play a key role in helping equipment rental businesses get up and running with our industry-leading software! In this role, you will:
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers.
  • Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  • Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer.
  • Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new customer success strategies effectively.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Bonus points for: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and an interest in or experience with software startups.
