Are You Booster’s Next Account Manager?

The Account Manager (AM) functions as an account manager who develops, nurtures, and grows long-term client partnerships while leading excellent fundraising programs and consulting schools toward their goals. Through intentional relational stewardship, the AM ensures program quality, drives client retention, maximizes results, and increases revenue. In this role, the AM executes Booster’s business strategy at the local level so both the client and the organization win.

How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

Steward Long-Term Client Partnerships

  • Drive renewals of current clients in a way that supports both client success and Booster’s margin and market goals.
  • Develop trust with key decision makers and maintain consistent year-round communication while understanding client values and goals.
  • Partner with Team Managers, on-campus teams, or other supporting teams to ensure program quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).
  • Take proactive action to address risks to rebooking, first-year client retention, and campaign performance.

Manage Excellent Fundraising Programs

  • Ensure programs are strategically planned, operationally ready, and executed with excellence.
  • Collaborate with program teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Oversee pre-launch operational readiness, including site setup, Stripe activation, fundraising goals, and communication plans.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Booster innovations, strategic partnerships, and new program initiatives—helping pilot, communicate, and execute enhancements that elevate client experience and revenue potential.

Client Consultation

  • Advise clients on strategies to achieve and exceed fundraising goals based on historical data, market insights, and school culture.
  • Create custom consultation plans tailored to each client’s needs and community engagement level.
  • Identify obstacles early and coach clients toward best practices that maximize revenue results and client satisfaction.

Grow Revenue Through Strategic Opportunities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue within current clients through upselling, cross-selling, and networking.
  • Partner with Sales, Gear, Giving Market, and others to increase revenue within your accounts and across your market.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 (base + commissions)

Location: Northeast - Remote

Work Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week)
