Job Description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by making complex commercial routines run smoothly? In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for the Grooming Sales and Market Strategy & Planning organization, ensuring meetings, events, communications, procurement processes, and field support activities are executed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive team culture through collaboration, communication, recognition, and partnership across customer teams, field partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and help remove barriers to keep priorities moving forward.
  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, room reservations, AV readiness, and office routines using best-in-class administrative practices.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, leadership events, new hire onboarding, large meeting support, and other organization-wide activities with strong attention to detail and fiscal responsibility.
  • Support procurement, purchase orders, materials management, and in-store or field execution needs.
  • Continuously improve processes, adopt best practices, and leverage tools and insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office, four days per week.

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, shipping and mailing, and managing data and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution across meetings, communications, calendars, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting operational processes such as purchase orders, invoices, inventory tracking, and documentation management.
  • Willingness to work onsite to support customer visits, meetings, events, product setup, and office operations.
  • Positive, collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, customer-facing, or executive organizations.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, communications, and office operations.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, distribution lists, recurring communications, and meeting documentation.
  • Experience with procurement processes, supplier coordination, budget tracking, and invoice management.
  • Experience managing customer-facing events, hospitality, catering, AV logistics, product samples, and visitor support.
