OVERVIEW
SharkNinja is seeking a North America Commercial Planning Lead to support Commercial Planning for the North America business. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality demand forecasts, accelerating speed to insights, and supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to enable strong service, inventory health, and profitable growth.
The North America Commercial Planning Lead works closely with Commercial Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain partners to support forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Forecasting & Performance Ownership
  • Support the planning process across the NA region, driving confidence in projections through a combination of metrics, trends, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure accuracy in the North America demand forecast, incorporating:
    • Point of Sale (POS) to Ship dynamics
    • Retailer Weeks of Supply (WOS) and inventory trends
    • Forecast Accuracy & Attainment metrics
    • Revenue pacing (orders vs. bookings)
    • New market sizing and revenue modeling
  • Support the Consensus Review portion of the IBP process by preparing demand assumptions, analysis, and scenarios.
  • Identify demand risks, opportunities, and forecast anomalies; partner with stakeholders to recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain demand drivers and ensure forecasts reflect actual performance and market intelligence.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Commercial Sales, SS&A (Strategic Sales and Analytics), Operations and Finance to gather inputs and align on assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning to support inventory and service level objectives and highlight demand-driven risks.
  • Support financial reconciliation by identifying variances between demand outlooks and financial targets.

Insights & Analytics
  • Translate data into clear insights that inform decision-making.
  • Prepare materials and analysis for IBP meetings, reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Support scenario planning and "what-if" analysis as needed.

Process & Tool Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, processes, and tools.
  • Support enhancements to planning systems, automation, and reporting.
  • Help establish and maintain planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory health.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS
The ideal candidate is analytically strong, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced commercial planning environment.
Ideally, this role will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Experience building and maintaining demand forecasts that include baseline demand, promotions, and new product introductions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with forecasting tools or BI platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling multiple data sources.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$121,500-$148,500 USD
