Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Onboarding & Engagement Program Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive pre-boarding, onboarding, and assimilation programs for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging experience for new hires that is tied to our employer brand and that leverages cutting-edge technology to prioritize employee experience and efficiency. This role will also be responsible for building an offboarding program and identifying engagement touchpoints to enhance the candidate and employee experience.
This role will report to our Senior Manager of Career Mobility & Programs & in our Talent Acquisition & Career Mobility COE will collaborate closely with many stakeholders across the organization to ensure a cohesive and effective onboarding process.

Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and manage a reimagined new employee onboarding program and processes that enables efficiency for the new hire and hiring team and reinforces the new hire's decision to join our company through seamless and thoughtful experience.
- Own the overall onboarding experience that holistically looks at engagement touchpoints, process steps, communications, trainings, various requirements, new hire setup, and all the facets that enable an employee to be setup for success.
- Collaborate with TA Technology and selected vendors to implement an onboarding module that facilitates a stronger new hire experience, manager engagement, and day one readiness.
- Partner with the Talent Development & Learning organization to redesign materials and flow of orientation and assimilation materials and resources.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Security to ensure a cohesive experience for the new hire and hiring manager.
- Lead a cross-sector HR team from different business units to continuously improve all aspects of the onboarding experience and ensure our programs meet ongoing enterprise, sector, and local needs.
- Develop and manage year one retention programs to support new hire success and engagement.
- Design, manage, and analyze, various survey data to identify emerging needs and gaps in the onboarding and assimilation experience.
- In collaboration with HR Compliance, design, implement, and manage an offboarding program prioritizes knowledge transfer of the former employee while maintaining a consistent focus on employee experience and introduces the alumni community.
- Partner with the Talent Attraction team to embed the employer brand throughout the entire career mobility lifecycle.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs and processes
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
- Advanced project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on the employee experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret survey data and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing retention programs and strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on improving the employee experience.
- Proactive, Self-Starter with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with onboarding technology and platforms.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Project management credentials, such as a PMP.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in designing and implementing offboarding programs.
- Experience implementing new HR technology.
