The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing executing and measuring 360 communication strategies including: content strategies and campaigns across various media channels ON/OFF, customer relationship management (CRM) activities and coordinating high-profile events and experiences to promote our premium automotive brands and nameplates positioning. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Coordinate with creative agency to produce compelling advertising content that resonates with our target market, has storytelling relevance and consistency with local strategy and is aligned to global standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Pretest and posttest initiatives to have target's insights supporting content/media initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of monthly planning activities aligned with our brand and product objectives and calendar.
- Coordinate with agency all aspects of event planning, including concept development, logistics, budgeting, and execution to ensure high-profile events and experiences meet the brand's global standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of experiences and events, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Develop and oversee the CRM strategy to ensure it aligns with the brand's planning and enhances customer relationships.
- Engage with customers through various channels to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all 360 communication initiatives and events through key performance indicators and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media and CRM strategies with broader marketing and sales efforts.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, ensuring that all customer interactions, content, social and events reflect the brand's commitment to excellence.
- Coordinate cross functional meetings between areas/stakeholders to guarantee synchronized execution with all areas aware and onboard of all communication initiatives.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in English (B2 minimum, C1/C2 preferrable),
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in advertising, social media or media coordination, preferably within the luxury automotive brands or other luxury sectors
- Proven experience in CRM and/or event coordination, preferably in the luxury automotive industry or other luxury sectors.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
