We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Developer & Application Manager to lead the design, development, optimization, and ongoing management of our NetSuite ERP platform.  This role blends hands‑on technical development, application ownership, and vendor coordination, and is well‑suited for someone who has supported complex, multi‑entity ERP environments, including healthcare and GxP‑regulated organizations.

The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite expertise across record-to-report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, plan-to-deliver, field service management, integrations, and automation, with a strong focus on system stability, scalability, audit readiness, and end‑user effectiveness.
Job requirements
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience in complex ERP environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and NetSuite security/roles.
  • Deep understanding of ERP financial and operational processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Revenue).
  • Experience managing NetSuite upgrades, production support, and cross‑functional enhancements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other GxP‑regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with validation, audit readiness, access controls, and change management.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience with Celigo, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience with Expense Management tools (Ramp, Concur), serialization, and planning/budgeting solutions.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
 
Job responsibilities
NetSuite Development & Configuration
  • Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (2.x preferred), SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteCloud technologies.
  • Configure and support custom records, forms, fields, roles, permissions, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
  • Develop advanced approval routing, operational workflows, and automations to support Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced PDFs, saved searches, and role‑based dashboards to support business and compliance needs.
ERP & Application Management
  • Own the end‑to‑end NetSuite application lifecycle, including upgrades, release testing, patches, environment refreshes, and feature deployments.
  • Support OneWorld, multi‑subsidiary, multi‑currency, and multi‑book accounting environments.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, data integrity, and security controls are maintained.
  • Apply SDLC, change management, and validation practices appropriate for healthcare / GxP environments.
Integrations & Middleware
  • Design and support integrations using SuiteTalk (REST Services) and middleware platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato, or API‑based tools.
  • Support integrations with third‑party platforms including Salesforce, expense management tools (Ramp, Concur), tax engines (OneSource), banks, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization challenges.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Oracle NetSuite and third‑party vendors for support, licensing, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate vendor activities related to upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate third‑party solutions and manage vendor relationships in collaboration with Procurement and IT leadership.
Collaboration, Support & Documentation
  • Partner with the functional areas, such as; Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Field Service, Quality, Compliance, and others, to gather requirements and translate them into      scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support, root‑cause analysis, and guidance to      business users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, validation artifacts, and audit readiness.
  • Support training and enablement for end users and system owners.
