Leads global lifecycle strategy and product roadmaps for automated medical devices and data analytics solutions. Responsibilities include voice-of-customer research, next-generation product development, commercialization, demand planning, data architecture and interoperability requirements, dashboards, compliance, vendor management, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, IT, and Commercial teams.

Supports Therakos’ enterprise evidence-generation strategy through literature reviews, evidence landscape assessments, gap analyses, evidence mapping, and research prioritization. The intern collaborates with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development stakeholders, develops executive presentations and evidence summaries, maintains literature repositories, and presents strategic recommendations to leadership. The role provides exposure to medical affairs strategy, health economics, real-world evidence, publication planning, and portfolio-level decision-making.

Leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, and capital allocation for a private equity-backed biotech company. Builds clinical development budgets and cash flow models, tracks R&D spending, supports investment and M&A analysis, improves finance systems and processes, and advises executive leaders and investors. Oversees dashboards, variance analysis, scenario planning, and financial governance while partnering across clinical, R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.

Owns governance, quality, standards, and lifecycle management for eight master data domains across ERP and related systems. Administers NetSuite master data, defines validation and error-proofing controls, resolves data discrepancies, maintains audit-ready documentation, and reports quality KPIs. Partners with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, Customer Care, and other teams on integrations, migrations, product launches, compliance, serialization, and pricing. Provides cross-functional guidance and drives data discipline without direct authority.

Leads the monthly demand review and SIOP process, developing rolling forecasts, unconstrained demand plans, scenarios, and executive reporting. Collaborates cross-functionally to align demand assumptions, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, manage inventory discrepancies, and improve planning processes. Maintains data integrity, governance, documentation, and audit readiness while supporting planning-system optimization and continuous improvement in a regulated medical device environment.

Provides onsite and remote education, training, and support for Therakos medical devices, answering clinical questions from healthcare providers. Responsibilities include field travel, competitor intelligence, adverse-event complaint capture, clinical research support, trial-site initiation, training-resource development, stakeholder collaboration, congress support, and regulatory compliance. The role requires clinical expertise, preferably in apheresis, dialysis, or photopheresis, along with an RN or BS degree and an active professional license.

Leads supply planning and monthly SIOP processes, including supply, production, capacity, inventory, and risk planning. Coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, distribution, transportation, demand planning, and contract manufacturers. Develops constrained and unconstrained plans, analyzes inventory and capacity, prepares executive reporting, maintains planning data integrity, and drives process, governance, systems, and reporting improvements.

Supports Therakos’ enterprise evidence-generation strategy through literature reviews, evidence landscape assessments, gap analyses, evidence inventories, and strategic prioritization. Collaborates with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development stakeholders; synthesizes clinical, economic, patient-reported, real-world, and scientific evidence; develops executive presentations, visual evidence maps, and recommendations; and contributes to the enterprise integrated evidence generation plan.

Supports Therakos’ enterprise evidence-generation strategy through literature reviews, evidence landscape assessments, gap analyses, evidence mapping, and research prioritization. Collaborates with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development stakeholders to develop evidence inventories, strategic recommendations, executive presentations, and inputs for an integrated evidence-generation plan.

Owns the full NetSuite ERP lifecycle, including development, configuration, integrations, upgrades, production support, security, validation, and audit readiness. Develops SuiteScript customizations, workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations across finance, procurement, inventory, revenue, operations, and field service. Manages middleware and third-party integrations, coordinates vendors, troubleshoots complex issues, supports end users, and documents system configurations and compliance artifacts in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Owns complex accounts payable issues, resolves invoice and workflow exceptions, identifies root causes, improves NetSuite processes, analyzes AP metrics, and partners with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and leadership to improve accuracy and efficiency.
