The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and extending our NetSuite ERP platform to support core business operations. This role combines technical expertise with business process understanding, ensuring system reliability and scalability across Finance, Operations, and integrated platforms. The administrator will configure NetSuite modules, develop custom scripts and workflows, and collaborate with the Integration Engineering team on system connectivity and data flow.  This role ensures accurate financial reporting, streamlined operations, and scalable ERP processes that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the NetSuite ERP system, including user management, role-based permissions, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Financial Management) to align with business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and custom records to enhance functionality.
  • Create and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for Finance and Operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits, apply updates, and maintain optimal system performance.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for NetSuite users, resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks.
  • Manage sandbox environments for testing and development prior to production deployment.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams during system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including user guides, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to identify process improvements and leverage NetSuite capabilities for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Integration Engineers on Celigo and Workato workflows, assisting with testing and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for ERP workflows.
  • In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the individual may be required to perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar ERP role.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customizations and automation.
  • Familiarity with Celigo and Workato integrations and ability to collaborate on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating and optimizing NetSuite reports, dashboards, and saved searches for Finance and Operations.
  • Experience supporting ERP workflows in supply chain, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of NetSuite security best practices, role-based access, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred.
  • Exposure to iPaaS platforms and API-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and validation within ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting NetSuite version upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
  • Experience with SuiteAnalytics or advanced reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite release management and change control processes.
