What are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow relationships with 1–2 of our most strategic national reseller partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, cross-functional environment and has a proven track record of building strategic partner plans, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and influencing executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with national partners, aligning on revenue goals, solution focus areas, and growth strategies.

  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and senior leadership to ensure alignment and long-term success.

  • Program Development: Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement initiatives tailored to national reseller needs.

  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams and partner sellers to drive pipeline development, deal acceleration, and co-selling opportunities.

  • Performance Management: Monitor partner performance against KPIs, provide regular reporting, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and maximize partner value.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, preferably in the cybersecurity technology space.

  • Demonstrated success managing national or global reseller relationships.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, sales motions, and channel programs.

  • Ability to travel and reside in Midwestern U.S.

**Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe.
