What are we looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow relationships with 1–2 of our most strategic national reseller partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, cross-functional environment and has a proven track record of building strategic partner plans, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and influencing executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with national partners, aligning on revenue goals, solution focus areas, and growth strategies.
Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and senior leadership to ensure alignment and long-term success.
Program Development: Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement initiatives tailored to national reseller needs.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams and partner sellers to drive pipeline development, deal acceleration, and co-selling opportunities.
Performance Management: Monitor partner performance against KPIs, provide regular reporting, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and maximize partner value.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, preferably in the cybersecurity technology space.
Demonstrated success managing national or global reseller relationships.
Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems, sales motions, and channel programs.
Ability to travel and reside in Central US
