About The Role
What you’ll do:
- As a Motion Designer, you will shape and evolve our motion language to make product experiences clearer, more human, and more inspiring by creating moments of delight that make our products memorable.
- Beyond single animations, your role will focus on building systems of motion — reusable guidelines, tokens, and libraries that help designers and developers work consistently and at scale. You’ll create a space for experimentation, making it easier for product teams to understand the purpose of motion, find examples, and apply them confidently in their designs.
- You’ll partner closely with creative, product designers, illustrators, and engineers to ensure motion is both beautifully crafted and technically seamless. Your role bridges design vision with implementation, reducing friction and making sure motion always meets our standards of quality and craft.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver animations across the user journey — from expressive illustrations to subtle UI interactions and functional prototypes.
- Collaborate with design, art, product, and engineering teams to integrate motion smoothly into products..
- Advocate for motion and Position as a core part of the product experience bringing clarity, adding humanity and magic.
- Define motion standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Explore and introduce new tools, platforms, and workflows to strengthen our motion design pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing animated motion and design work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Experience with After Effects
- Ability to work quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with diverse teams.
- Passion for exploring new platforms and technologies in motion design.
Advantage
- Strong understanding of interaction design
- Rive, prototyping tools, and Lottie/JSON
- Experience collaborating with engineers to bring animations into real products.
