monday.com is looking for a skilled and creative motion designer to join our marketing team. You’ll create visual and animated content that brings our brand to life, from performance ads and social media to product launches and events. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Tel Aviv office.
About The Role
What you’ll do:
As a motion designer on the marketing team, you’ll take part in shaping how monday.com looks, feels, and moves across a variety of channels. You’ll concept, design, and animate engaging content that captures attention and tells a clear story — whether it’s a scroll-stopping ad, a launch video, or branded visuals for major events. Working closely with writers, designers, and marketing leads, you’ll help bring big ideas to life with motion and creativity.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in motion design
- Strong skills in both design and animation
- Expert in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma
- High level of spoken and written English
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Portfolio is required
Nice to have:
- Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Background in digital advertising or performance marketing
