About the role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious self-starter to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and adoption of innovative growth services designed to generate substantial revenue for both Flexion and our partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, create strategic initiatives, and implement solutions that enhance our service offerings. This position requires a proactive approach, a passion for innovation, and the ability to build strong relationships with our stakeholders to ensure the successful scaling of our growth services. Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Flexion’s management team to develop strategies to grow new revenue streams for Flexion’s partners: mobile game developers/publishers and android app stores
  • Identify product requirements and internal or external solutions to develop new growth services
  • Develop product and go-to-market plans to set up, roll out and commercialise new revenue driving growth services
  • Be the advocate and evangelist internally and externally, supporting the commercial team to drive adoption of new services by key prospects
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can complement our new services and accelerate the go-to-market
  • Work with a small, highly ambitious team who are passionate about taking on new challenges together
  • Manage success factors, timelines and dependencies of new growth services
  • Provide periodic reports on the new services’ status, goals and progress

Required Skills

  • A proven track record of delivering business growth, ideally in the gaming, entertainment or digital media space
  • Strong communications skills, to lead projects and communicate the value to partners and potential new customers
  • A proven track record of innovation within projects with evidence of thinking creatively and proactively
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve critical outcomes
  • An excellent communicator and determined business developer
  • A customer centric view. A proven ability to see problems, solutions and value through the eyes of our partners and develop services that create long term value for Flexion’s customers
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven track record of high performance
  • Experience with go-to-market plans
  • Experience managing and building complex strategic partnerships

Beneficial Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of mobile games and growth drivers within the gaming industry
  • Experience working at startups or similar dynamic environment
  • Experience in mobile games publishing projects, working with app stores or direct to consumer
