  • Translate product requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.

Design & Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of mixed-signal building blocks such as ADCs, DACs, clocking circuits, PLLs, bias circuits, power management circuits, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with digital, RF, packaging, and systems engineering teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Drive technical decision-making through data analysis, modeling, simulation, and design reviews.
  • Support the development of synchronization, calibration, and control solutions for complex mixed-signal systems.

Integration & Validation

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of mixed-signal subsystems within larger device and system architectures.
  • Support system-level modeling, simulation, verification, and performance characterization activities.
  • Help address signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and manufacturability considerations during product development.
  • Partner with validation and test teams to ensure products meet performance and quality objectives.

Innovation & Technology Development

  • Stay current with emerging trends in mixed-signal IC design, advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, and chiplet-based architectures.
  • Contribute to future technology and product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance, efficiency, scalability, and system integration.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the organization.
  • Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively to engineering teams and leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in analog and/or mixed-signal IC design and development.
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • ADCs and DACs
    • PLLs and clock generation
    • Biasing and power management circuits
    • High-speed mixed-signal interfaces
    • Transceiver architectures
  • Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system-level architecture and design.
  • Experience with multi-die, chiplet-based, or heterogeneous integration approaches.
  • Familiarity with advanced semiconductor packaging technologies.
  • Knowledge of die-to-die communication and interconnect technologies.
  • Experience with system modeling, verification, and simulation tools.
  • Familiarity with software or firmware-controlled mixed-signal systems.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership on complex development programs.
