Job Summary
As a Mid-Corporate Payments Sales Analyst in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Sales Managers in Treasury & Cash Management solutions focused on our global Mid-Corporate clients. You will manage and develop a client/prospect portfolio, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Mid-Corporate clients, focusing on companies with revenues of $500 million and above. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.
  • Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
  • Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
  • Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.
  • Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Maintain open, clear, fluid communication with stakeholders, i.e., bankers, product partners, implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Knowledge, skills, and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.
  • Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peer groups.
  • Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills necessary.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage processes efficiently.
  • Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
  • Fluent in German and English


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics related major preferred); Master's degree preferred. Or able to demonstrate an extensive level of performing successfully in a similar role.
  • Some business travels should be considered
