Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Power Platform devveloper to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Power Platform tools, API integrations, and cloud services, as well as strong solution architecture and project management capabilities.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to architect scalable solutions that enhance business productivity, drive automation, and optimize data utilization across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Design and implement system integrations using REST APIs, Azure Services, Oracle, and SQL databases.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and dataflows leveraging Dataverse, Azure Synapse, and related tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architectures that align with enterprise systems and goals.
- Lead technical workshops, perform requirements gathering, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Establish governance models and development standards across Power Platform applications.
- Guide Agile project teams and manage work across sprints, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
- Support and enhance CRM and ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration and extension.
- Stay current on platform updates and emerging technologies to advise on roadmap and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong integration experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and backend systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, Azure Synapse, and modern data engineering practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Expertise in designing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or Azure (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing custom connectors and components for Power Platform.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting tools for DevOps automation.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks for Power Platform.
