Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM across versions (4.0–2016); lead requirements gathering, JAD/workshop sessions, migrations and end-to-end implementations; liaise with customer SMEs, design deployment blueprints, manage MSCRM modules, and support production SLAs and reporting.

- At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting JAD sessions, Requirement Workshops
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketing, Dynamics CRM Service Management and Dynamics CRM Configuration.
- Hands on Dynamics CRM implementation experience. Should have worked on minimum one CRM migration project, one end to end implementation project. Minimum one project in CRM 2015 or CRM 2016 version experience.
- Have managed configuration of MSCRM modules, be able to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through discussions and dialogue.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse group, able to adopt different styles needed.
- Able to plan work for self and team, and effectively representing them through planning tools
- Is able to leverage his industry experience and his MSCRM skills to engage with customer’s business leads, able to work with them and lead and guide the project into effective solutions.
- Validate/review complex deployment solutions and framework and creates the blue print for large deployment solutions in order to meet functional (Application, domain, industry) challenges in deployment.
- Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide technical differentiation to the relationship.
- Understanding of production support process, support metrics and reporting, SLA driven ticket resolution mechanism.
- Excellent background on MSCRM 4.0 to 2015, with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape
- Deep experience in implementing multiple modules of MSCRM
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within Information Technology.
