Responsibilities:

• Lead team and focus in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving.
• Lead team and focus in WET/CMP path expansion and MXT to drive higher manufacturing output.
• Handling new generation transfer and network task force.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiar with WET/CMP process and provide the lesson learnt for defect reduction.
• Well know the Path expansion and Transfer required skill.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree
• E4 above for M1, E3 above for E4L hiring.
• More than 5 years in PH process
