In this role you will be partnering and collaborating with global solution delivery analyst team to drive process improvements, end to end project execution, knowledge management, scoping, and requirements gathering.

Responsibility

  • Facilitates interaction between the Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams in SMTS and identified customer groups to collect, organize, document, and communicate Project Related information to include scope, requirements, necessary skills, and other project related information during the initiation, planning, execution, and project closure periods.
  • Facilitates group conversations to break large requirements down into individual tasks and user stories for successful execution of selected projects on the SMAI roadmap.
  • Organizes information and documentation in various technologies to include Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products as well as others as necessary.
  • Ensures that the project team has all necessary information for successful execution of project related tasks and deliverables.
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting, and modifying business processes to streamline project execution timelines.
  • Expected to be proficient in understanding and communicating project objectives and outcomes while communicating with business stakeholders.
  • May conduct presentations, end-user training, and provide guidance to team members and external stakeholders as needed.
  • May perform minor to moderate development activities.
