SharkNinja is looking for a strategic and collaborative Merchandise & Inventory Planning Manager to join our growing Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce team. In this role, the Merchandise & Inventory Planning Manager will own demand forecasting, inventory management, and merchandise planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time - driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As the Merchandise & Inventory Planning Manager, you will partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Supply and Operations to align inventory and assortment strategies with our eCommerce growth agenda.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present confidently to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Lead seasonal and annual merchandise planning processes, ensuring alignment to sales, margin, and profitability targets
  • Partner with Merchandising to develop SKU-level forecasts and align inventory buys with assortment strategies
  • Build demand forecasts and translate them into actionable inventory and supply plans
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and forecast performance to drive actionable insights
  • Support pricing and promotional strategies with scenario modeling, ensuring inventory readiness
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability
  • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Supply and Operations to align plans with business goals
  • Present planning updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in merchandise planning, demand planning, or inventory management (eCommerce / Direct to Consumer - DTC - preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of turning data into strategy
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Experience with planning/forecasting systems (NetSuite, Anaplan, SAP IBP, or similar)
  • Highly collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
