We are seeking an M4 Program Cost & Controls Manager to join the Global Patriot Finance organization, supporting the growing GEM-T Middle East and North Africa (MENA) portfolio within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. This role will lead financial management of multiple international production contracts, focusing on program baselining, cost control, forecasting, execution of a significant international backlog and future bookings, and opportunity to travel up to once per quarter.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) & is based on the needs. Onsite work is expected at the Tewksbury, MA location and relocation assistance is not being offered.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports supporting multiple production programs and deliverables

  • Oversee cost, schedule, and financial performance across a dynamic international portfolio

  • Manage development and presentation of Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs)

  • Provide financial guidance and decision support to Program Leadership and Integrated Product Teams

  • Prepare and deliver financial materials for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), monthly operating reviews, and executive briefings

  • Conduct cost, schedule, and funding analysis using standard company tools and processes

  • Partner with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of strategy, execution, and financial objectives

  • Support proposal development, basis of estimate creation, fact finding, and negotiation activities

  • Lead and support program startup, baseline development, and financial planning (AOP, LRP)

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and execution excellence

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience; OR an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience preparing Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar forecasting products

  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Experience with Raytheon financial systems such as SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, or EDIT+, or comparable industry systems

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently including strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to all levels of leadership

  • Proposal development and BOE experience

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain

  • Exposure to international business considerations such as offsets/localization, VAT, landed cost, or transfer pricing

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
