Job Description
About the role:
The Data, Digital and Technology Immunology TA Lead will spearhead the digital transformation initiatives within the Therapeutic Areas (TA). The primary responsibility is to enhance medical evidence generation through innovative digital strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
How you will contribute:
  • Lead digital transformation efforts in the scope of the Medical TA, incorporating advanced data analytics and digital tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies for medical evidence generation to support clinical decision-making and policy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions and leverage data-driven insights in launch programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain data integrity in all digital and evidence generation activities.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies in medical capabilities and evidence collection.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Medical TA team on digital initiatives and data management practices.

What you bring to Takeda:
  • Advanced degree in Science, Digital Health, Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, digital tools, and their application in medical research.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
