Job Description

Are you ready to kickstart your career with a company that's passionate about innovation and helping people reach their full potential? At Bose, we're not just about sound; we're about cutting-edge technology that enhances experiences, especially in aviation. If you're a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting entry point into the world of high-tech products, our Aviation Service Center Team is the perfect place for you!

This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in inventory management, customer service, and logistical operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a Customer Service Hero: Helping our customers by issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers and generating shipping labels for product returns (via phone and email).

  • Mastering Inventory & Logistics: Managing parts inventory, including receiving new products, updating quantities, and organizing our service stockroom. This means stocking and replenishing parts bins and performing cycle counts to keep everything accurate.

  • Supporting Aviation Operations: Assisting with various service inquiries, such as shipping spare parts and coordinating loaner headsets.

  • Making an Impact: Performing data entry and other essential tasks that keep our repair center running smoothly.

Who You Are: Ready to Learn and Contribute

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A Detail Enthusiast: You love accuracy and take pride in organized work.

  • Adaptable & Energetic: You can thrive in a fast-paced environment where your daily tasks might change, keeping things interesting!

  • A Proactive Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and get it done.

  • Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs when handling products and inventory.

While not required, any experience with SAP or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or a basic understanding of inventory management would be a bonus!

Your Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience demonstrating reliability and the ability to handle responsibilities similar to those listed above. This could include retail, administrative, or warehouse roles where you managed tasks, interacted with customers, or handled inventory.
