The Master Data Specialist at Reily Foods is responsible for maintaining and updating critical product information across various systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities

  • This role involves creating and managing well-structured data flows and processes, ensuring effective data integration within the organization, and participating in projects aimed at continuous improvement
  • The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple high-priority tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new business tools and processes while focused on meeting critical deadlines
  • Steward master data set-ups of new products and their components in multiple systems ensuring data integrity and optimization of data workflows
  • Managing and processing change requests related to master data
  • Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will affect all master data
  • Align with cross functional teams to validate accurate set-up of all new products to trigger ERP/MRP systems
  • Identify, design, and plan projects to update data accuracy/integrity
  • Limited Travel required

Qualifications

he qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability preferred to perform this job successfully.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow skills in data management while supporting cross-functional teams
  • 2-3 years of experience in data-focused role, operations support, or data entry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • D365 Experience preferred (or similar ERP/MRP system)
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (food industry is a bonus)
  • Background in purchasing or production planning would be beneficial
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
