Promote Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide samples and training, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, report forecasts and activity, support local marketing events, and monitor competitive activity to drive revenue growth.

Serve as primary on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities: manage recruiting and onboarding, support employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, engagement programs, workforce planning, and HR process implementation in partnership with HR Director.
