Visual Merchandising Analyst
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA who will own uploading and managing content to important e-commerce landing experiences. You will thrive in this role if you are creative, adaptable, and can work with precision to ensure best-in-class customer experiences. The ideal teammate will excel at proactively managing timelines, owning the approval process for site updates, and clearly communicating with multiple audiences. This is a great opportunity if you are eager to learn new platforms and have an aptitude for creating documentation and optimizing processes. In this role, you will also have exciting exposure to defining the overall content strategy and implement opportunities for A/B testing, personalization, and other areas of dynamic content presentation through the Site Merchandising technology stack.
What You'll Do:
- Manage various Site Merchandising projects from initiation to completion (discerning scope, establishing key milestones, building/updating content in dotCMS, securing approvals, and publishing live to site)
- Collaborate with visual designers and CMS product to ensure all aspects of a project are successfully completed, on time and to the highest quality
- Define and solution website bugs and enhancements related to the CMS platformEnsure that assets adhere to defined specs and brand guidelines
- Organize, catalogue, and tag content in the digital asset management system
- Provide on-going communication of status and risks to stakeholders and management teams internally
- Monitor projects daily to identify and minimize possible delays
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project reports and standard guidelines
What You'll Need:
- 3 + years project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills with the ability to proactively communicate with multiple audiences
- Must have experience with MS Office (Excel & Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Thorough understanding of product data and asset management, ecommerce platforms, and related best practices preferred
- Working knowledge of dotCMS, Sitecore, Drupal, or other enterprise content management systems preferred
- Working knowledge of Jira and Sharepoint a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize across many ongoing project, and consistently meet deadlines
- Should be self-motivated, solutions-oriented and a critical thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Position may require travel
