The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in executing the overall go to market plan for Wellframe’s solutions, particularly with regard to packaging, pricing and positioning. If you are energized by the thought of teaming with product management, sales and other key stakeholders to transform customer value into marketable, revenue-driving offerings, then this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing you will gather and analyze data in support of actionable pricing, packaging and positioning recommendations; partner with the Sr Director of Marketing to lead review and approval of those recommendations with executive and other stakeholders; and lead cross-functional teams to implement, measure and manage offerings.

Areas of Responsibility:

Provide packaging and pricing analysis and recommendations

  • Identify, gather and analyze relevant quantitative and qualitative data 
  • Develop, communicate and defend recommendations to internal stakeholders including executive team
  • Implement and manage approved recommendations

Launch new solutions and enhancements

  • Lead cross-functional team in providing launch strategy and plan; ensuring launch readiness; and post-launch reporting
  • Partner with product management to devise and execute release communication strategy & provide market and data inputs to prioritize product roadmap investment

Drive effective sales enablement

  • Own foundational optimal positioning articulating value propositions based on qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary market data and insights
  • Lead wide range of sales training including pricing; packaging; value proposition; and competitive differentiation
  • Partner with Sr Manager of Marcomm to ensure that all market-facing sales tools and collateral optimally convey value propositions for intended audience
  • Lead articulation of ROI story for client buyer and influencer personas

Provide strategic market and business case analysis

  • Create market segmentation/target market analysis and recommendations
  • Develop effective competitive differentiation on the basis of competitive landscape and market analysis
  • Provide commercialization opportunity recommendations 
  • Stay on top of industry trends; provide analysis and positioning for internal stakeholders and clients

Education, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong marketing experience, primarily or exclusively in Product Marketing, including packaging and pricing responsibility
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred; payor experience optimal
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to synthesize large amounts of data into coherent recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable and effective collaborating with wide range of functions and stakeholders 
  • Strong presentation skills - confident and capable in delivering and defending recommendations and training to varied audiences including clients, clinical, sales, and executives
