Marketing Program Manager

The Marketing Programs Manager will plan, forecast, execute, and measure Workhuman’s demand generation campaigns. In this role, you will develop and manage an ongoing cadence of campaigns aimed at our target audience that generate MQLs, create opportunities, and influence existing deals. Working cross-functionally with the entire marketing team, you will collaborate on the development of segmented email campaigns, multi-touch nurture campaigns, and direct response digital marketing. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to think strategically, while also executing diligently to maximize the impact of each campaign.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Develop and execute ongoing demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs, meetings, opportunities, and closed/won deals.
Execute a multi-channel marketing plan that includes email, nurture, paid social, display, 3rd party publication placements, content syndication and sales enablement tools.
Manage monthly webinar program; collaborate with the content team to develop strategic topics, manage all logistics, provide feedback on content outlines and presentations, prep speakers, and execute promotional plans that drive registration and attendance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like marketing operations, digital marketing, content, creative and product marketing to build and support execution of the strategy.
Actively monitor, analyze, and communicate campaign performance and insights in order to continually refine programs for optimal ROI.
Communicate consistently and effectively with Sales and other internal stakeholders on upcoming campaigns, status on current campaigns, and results on completed campaigns.
Required skills and experience:
5+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation capacity, planning and executing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience marketing within a B2B, enterprise-level sales environment.
Strong track record of quantifiably driving new customer acquisition and building pipeline.
Proficient skills in leveraging marketing technology, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), 6Sense, Drift, Sendoso, and Allocadia.
Experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns including webinars, 3rd party publication placements, paid social media, display, and email.
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on analyzing marketing campaign performance and uncovering actionable insights from the data.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives in alignment with the team.
Exceptional project management skills with preference for candidates experienced with Workfront, Basecamp, or similar project management tools.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
