About the team
Drift’s Operations team sits at the center of all of our go-to-market initiatives. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and help us drive, enable, and support a rapidly growing Marketing team.
What you’ll be doing on the team:
In one month you'll...
- Attend comprehensive organization training and learn the Drift story, how we work and our goals for the future
- Experience an in-depth product training, including how we use Drift at Drift from a marketing operations perspective
- Learn our tech stack and gain a comprehensive understanding of the key tools you will be responsible for, including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Drift, Google Analytics and Siftrock.
- Learn our campaign planning, execution, and measurement processes, with the intention of owning marketing campaign management from beginning to end
- Partner with Marketing leaders and our existing Marketing Operations team to prioritize and understand key projects and goals across the Marketing team
By month 3 you'll...
- Continue to master your knowledge of Drift product and have a deep understanding of the industry
- Have a strong grasp on our entire tech stack, and own key functions like Marketo campaign creation and management, Google Analytics and lead source tagging, and more
- Play a key role in maintaining the data integrity and lead enrichment across our databases, and leveraging that data to create a full customer lifecycle
- Use the context you’ve gained to assess our internal processes, seeking out ways to make us better as a team and an organization
- Fully understand our internal ecosystem and be able to collaborate cross-functionally across all go-to-market teams
By month 6 you'll...
- Be a proactive, independent member of the team, making your own recommendations and adjustments to improve Operations and Marketing team performance
- Own and manage crucial tools in our Marketing tech stack
- Drive campaign execution that ensures a seamless workflow from lead to revenue
- Have the context and experience to provide insight and analysis across the entire customer journey, delivering actionable insights to Marketing leadership to help grow the business
- Work with your manager to identify a plan of continued growth
- Bring your thinking, strategy and ideas to the team to advance our creative culture and achieve our mission of creating a world-class Operations team
