We are looking for an experienced rock star integrated marketer to join the fast-growing Demand Generation Marketing team. This is a critical role responsible for building and executing integrated enterprise marketing campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. We are looking for a go-getter with a keen understanding of physical security buyer behavior, a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute compelling integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation
  • Own end-to-end execution of each program ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with all marketing functions – content, product, operations, events, customer success, etc. as well as global sales, sales enablement and business development
  • Measure and optimize campaigns based on critical metrics like sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Communicate effectively up and across teams to inform and make aware of campaigns and results
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content marketing, sales, product, channel, sales enablement and outside agencies
  • Build marketing plans that span across affiliate networks, paid acquisition, paid search, email, mobile, and onsite, among other traditional channels
  • Oversee internal resources and external agencies for creation of effective content for direct and channel campaigns and for sales enablement
  • Coordinate enablement support efforts with inside sales, external sales and technical solutions team

Requirements

  • 4-5 years marketing demand generation background and hands-on experience with managing events with a deep understanding of event planning from strategy to execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot, with the ability to track campaigns, leads, and pull reporting.
  • Attention to details and not afraid to work on what needs to be done – list uploads, creative projects, data cleaning etc
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and problem solve in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Nearing a new product launch, we are analyzing and synchronizing sensor data acquired from our custom DAS hardware, sending it to our algorithms in real-time through multi-threaded C++ code, and tuning to maximize performance.
