Marketing is one of the largest teams at SharkNinja. The team includes Digital, Brand, D2C, Media, PR and Creative. Each team focusing on how we give our consumers the ultimate product experience. Marketing is for the person that is not afraid to dive deep and show a genuine interest into the world of Consumer Goods. Reporting to the Director of Media Strategy & Planning, this position is a critical role as a part of an integrated SharkNinja media team charged with step changing go to market activities across all media channels. This role is integrated into the Amazon team and will be responsible for delivering robust media strategies, test and learn plans, reporting and optimization plans for Amazon media both on site and off site. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, seasoned strategic team member who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data driven atmosphere.

Deliverables:

• Define weekly Amazon Media strategy and plans by sub category for SharkNinja US and Canada
• Partner with Amazon focused team to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives
• Develop test and learn road maps to push boundaries in the channel and ensure SharkNinja is leading edge with Amazon Media
• Deliver weekly reporting to cross functional teams to provide visibility into weekly media results for Amazon Media
• Partner with the Director of Amazon Analytics to ensure connectivity of analytics and media investments
• Be the voice of Amazon on the media team to ensure that all plans are fully integrated into overall SharkNinja media plans
• Own and manage relationship with 3rd party agency responsible for executing Amazon Media 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience within digital media, preferably Amazon specific
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges on the executive level
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
