Influencer Specialist
Marketing is one of the largest teams at SharkNinja. The team includes Digital, Brand, D2C, Media, PR and Creative. Each team focusing on how we give our consumers the ultimate product experience. Marketing is for the person that is not afraid to dive deep and show a genuine interest into the world of Consumer Goods. These are the people that are consistently asking themselves what can we do to we make things even easier for our consumers. Marketing at SharkNinja is for the person who is never satisfied with creating anything less than the best product on the market.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day campaign operations seamlessly from start to finish. Responsible for sourcing influencer partners, constructing/managing influencer communications, distributing payments, and reporting
- Infuse our brand tone of voice while engaging on influencer content to drive brand awareness and build/retain consumer loyalty
- Keeps a constant pulse on trending social media content (i.e. what is the next Feta Pasta TikTok trend?), and makes proactive recommendations for inserting SharkNinja into the conversation
- Distribute and highlight influencer assets and creative learnings to cross-functional channel owners (Paid Media, CRM, Creative, Social Media, and Sales teams) for asset production efficiency and optimal leverage of our diverse set of assets
- Be a key liaison in the execution of the affiliate program (inviting new partners, circulate monthly newsletter and promotion updates, activate and distribute promo codes, analyze traffic and conversion data to extract insights on optimization opportunities)
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital, Legal, and Sales to align on product information and priorities, to ensure influencer briefs reflect overarching business priorities
- Manage sample allocation process from start to finish. Responsibilities include submitting sample requests, collaborating with warehouses to collect tracking information and communicating tracking information to recipient.
Qualifications
- Have completed internships with a focus in influencer marketing, social media, or PR
- 1 to 3 years of prior Influencer Marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for campaign execution and reporting
- Proven to operate in a fast-paced environment (agency experience is a plus)
- Experience extracting optimizations and insights from performance data
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent experience
