Event Marketing Associate
MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 300 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

MOO is growing fast and the Growth Marketing team is hiring an Event Marketing Associate. This role will report to the Head of Partnerships & Events, is full-time and is based in Boston, MA.
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, energetic, and collaborative Event Marketing problem-solver to own the development and execution of corporate event marketing programs. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams and are well-versed in lead-driving B2B events.
Responsibilities:
Execute events plan by managing a diverse range of B2B events, with concentration in sponsorships, trade shows and conferences
Execute all elements of trade show/event production including suppliers, booth design, venues, deliverables, logistics, and staffing
Define objectives, measurable goals, messages, audiences, and timelines to deliver meaningful, memorable event experiences
Report against event KPIs, taking learnings and making recommendations to be taken into the next event planning cycle
Collaborate and communicate with internal teams – Sales, B2B Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, PR - to ensure events/trade shows are amplified and effective via key channels
Create and manage budgets and project plans
Participate in the building and maintenance of event calendar
About You:
The right individual will be a strong project manager with evidenced experience in managing tradeshows and events.
3-5 years event and tradeshow experience, ideally in a company targeting core audience groups
Experience developing and executing creative marketing programs
Proven track record in project management and event production
Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through – you enjoy multitasking and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and mindset
A “go get ‘em” attitude where no task is too big or too small
An ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
Nice To Haves:
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot
