THE ROLE:
We’re looking for…
The right person who is passionate about optimizing Member communications and learning about email and other communication channels. As a key member of the Rue Gilt Groupe Marketing team, the Email Marketing Operations Coordinator will partner with Marketing, Creative, Programming, and Technology teams at Rue La La while being hands-on with our email system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and other technologies to ensure flawless execution and production of daily communications to Members.

What you’ll accomplish:
- Ensure our communications are received by the right members, at the right time and with the right content
- Work independently within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to execute email and mobile app push campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues as necessary
- Develop reports on campaigns and make recommendations to guide Rue La La in implementing new and improved strategies
- Be part of decisions about marketing program timing, content, audiences and overall program prioritization
- Propose ways to improve Communications processes to drive efficiencies
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience
- Email experience required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AKA Exact Target) preferable
- Worked in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment before and enjoy it all
- The ability to stay level-headed when juggling multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Comfort with pivoting and switching gears in a moment’s notice
- Excitement about your own organization skills
Bonus points for…
- Previous experience with SQL or HTML
- Confidence in Marketing reporting capabilities and data analysis
