The Position: Campaign Director
We're growing our Global marketing organization to support our rapidly scaling business. We’re seeking an experienced, high caliber marketer who can orchestrate and develop a strategic and tactical plan to drive our alignment process across multiple marketing lines, regions and functions across the company to align on priority campaigns.
In this role, you will:
-Develop compelling marketing campaigns, working closely with product, product marketing, sales and the broader regional, digital, creative marketing teams and executives
-Deliver consistent global campaigns/enablement and align to product releases where relevant and valuable to prospects and customers
-In discussion with Sales leadership, identify menu of marketing plays for GTM programs
-Recognize gaps in global marketing plans and work cross-functionally to improve effectiveness and global scale.
-Effectively measure demand gen funnel KPI’s and work with teams to optimize execution
-Interface with global leaders across several business lines to identify and understand what is going to market, and then drive alignment of strategy and process across the marketing organization
-Manage pipeline KPIs, program ROI, campaign team budgets as well as marketing contributions to revenue goals
Requirements:
-10+ years of experience developing integrated, global campaigns for cutting-edge, disruptive enterprise technology companies
-6+ years of experience in working cross functionally in a global organization
-Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
-Knowledge of a full stack of MarTech tools
-Proven ability to deliver campaigns globally, on time, on budget, with accurate measurement throughout the campaign lifecycle
-Proven history of influencing leadership and key players across the Marketing spectrum
-Aptitude for and curiosity about new technologies
