Brand Marketing Analyst
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst to join our Proprietary Marketing Team based in Dania Beach. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter and will have a strong product marketing background that leverages data and consumer insights to drive strategy, communication and creative approach across all marketing channels. Collaborating closely with our product development teams, creative teams, merchandising partners, and channel partners, you will be responsible for bringing products to market and managing the development of key assets to support product launches including packaging, site and marketing channel assets. This person will be responsible for improving the processes, tools, templates and timelines that enable our team to efficiently deliver with executional excellence and facilitate scalability for the PB marketing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop packaging/site asset briefs for the products expected to launch for the respective brand(s).
- Manage in partnership with Creative Services, assets for site, including images, videos, copy & enhanced content.
- Write thorough and effective creative briefs to provide clear creative direction, resulting in strong creative deliverables.
- Work closely with our creative Project Management teams to ensure development timelines align with go live dates.
- Partner with Private Label QA/Regulatory to identify mitigation strategies for increased return rates & customer complaints.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across creative and product positioning.
- Partner with merchandising to develop strategies that support their goals and deliver against key objectives & drivers for the organization.
- Report and present performance results to leadership/partners summarizing findings, outlining key contributors, providing direction, and delivering overall recommendations for ongoing programs.
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years in marketing role at retail/e-commerce company with expertise in marketing products online.
- A history of successfully working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Experience in developing strategic briefs for channels and creative partners.
- Experience in managing packaging design, product positioning, and all onsite assets (images, video, etc.) to help sell a product online.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
- Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve when challenges occur; a solutions oriented mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment.
Bonus (if applicable):
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools as well as reporting tools like Tableau a plus.
