We’re seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to be a key driver of our marketing tech strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll manage and optimize our revenue tech stack, ensuring it delivers measurable impact for marketing and business development. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology. You’ll partner with marketing, IT, sales enablement, and BDRs to maximize the value of our martech investments—especially as we adopt new AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize our tech stack: Manage tools such as Nooks, Zoominfo, Cognism, Nekktar, Common Room, Traction, 6sense, Gong, Salesloft, D&B, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
Drive data enrichment: Ensure our data is accurate, actionable, and seamlessly integrated across platforms.
Identify and solve inefficiencies: Proactively spot bottlenecks in marketing and sales processes; design and implement technical solutions that improve tool performance, adoption, and efficiency.
Lead technical integrations: Connect and automate workflows across CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, and other marketing systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align technology with business goals and drive measurable results.
Design and manage data pipelines for lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and enrichment, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, especially AI-powered tools, and champion their adoption to enhance automation, insights, and campaign performance.
Drive continuous experimentation and optimization by identifying opportunities to test, refine, and scale tools and processes, staying ahead of emerging martech and AI trends.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience managing and optimizing a modern sales and marketing tech stack, including enrichment, analytics, messaging, and outreach solutions.
Salesforce certification (required) and hands-on experience managing Salesforce environments.
Strong technical skills with workflow automation, integrations, and data management across tools like CRMs, CDPs, and data warehouses.
Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing measurable improvements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes across teams.
Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
The US base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
