Job Summary:
Supports market positioning and go-to-market clarity by translating customer insights and market signals into focused messaging and market-facing materials. Partners with business leaders to align external market activity with defined growth priorities. Contributes to sustained market presence through consistent storytelling across sectors, capabilities, projects and portfolios. Coordinates with Brand and Communications to ensure market engagement reflects strategic intent.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports market positioning efforts by translating customer insights, buying behaviors, and market signals into clear messaging and content.
Develops market-facing materials and content that reflect defined go-to-market priorities and support sustained market presence across digital, print, presentation, website and customer engagement channels.
Supports project marketing and communications initiatives, including project milestones, customer-facing events, jobsite tours, award submissions, and other activities that enhance project visibility and customer engagement.
Coordinates with Brand and Communications to align external activity and visual storytelling assets with market focus and growth priorities.
Maintains market and portfolio content within content management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Prepares presentations, customer-facing materials, and supporting content for market engagement, business development, and internal alignment.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business strategy, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
